FLUSHING SLAG BOUND MIXTURE

Flushing SBM describes a HBM that uses the hydraulic combination of granulated blast furnace slag and air-cooled steel slag. FSBM is produced in Vlissingen in the Netherlands (Anglicized to Flushing) hence the name. The mixture is transported to the UK ready to use by barge across the North sea.
